Rapid Broadcast provides several functions that can be accessed through the IP Phone. One of the main functions utilized by customers is the Live Page to a group of IP Phones/Overhead Speakers. Below is a Quick Reference on the steps to initiate a Live Page from the phone.
Step 1: Pick up the handset of your IP phone, and press the end call button so that you do not hear a dial tone. Next, press the services button, choose Cistera Phone Services and RapidBroadcast. Note – This can be done without picking up the handset and the end call button will not need to be pushed.
Step 2:Use the toggle key to highlight Live Paging – and press the select softkey.
Step 3: Use the toggle key to highlight the group to receive the page and press the select softkey.
Step 4: Begin speaking. When finished press the stop softkey.
