Cistera has added recording capabilities with Cisco’s Webex Calling. Cistera can provide this either on-site or on the Cistera Cloud. Cistera can also provide recording in a Hybrid Environment for organizations that are moving to a new provider but need to keep the existing capabilities in place during the move.

With the Cistera Software – the existing capabilities of On Demand/Ad-Hoc recording along with easy profile-based access to Listen, Download, and Distribute (if allowed) recordings are already available with our Software.
