Cistera has added recording capabilities with Cisco’s Webex Calling. Cistera can provide this either on-site or on the Cistera Cloud. Cistera can also provide recording in a Hybrid Environment for organizations that are moving to a new provider but need to keep the existing capabilities in place during the move.
Existing customers can easily and seamlessly move to recording for Webex Calling and new Customers can be up and recording in the Cistera Cloud in a short amount of time. With the Cistera Software – the existing capabilities of On Demand/Ad-Hoc recording along with easy profile-based access to Listen, Download, and Distribute (if allowed) recordings are already available with our Software.
